At Bakewells graduate recruitment is an ongoing process, dependent on the needs of the firm.
All graduates at Bakewells begin their career as a Legal Clerk. After working as a Legal Clerk for a minimum of 12 months and subject to satisfactory performance Legal Clerks will be offered a Training Contract.
