From 14th December 2007 all residential properties being put up for sale must have a Home Information Pack.

Organising a HIP for your property is simple with Bakewells Property First. We will gather all the information required to produce a fully compliant HIP within a short time with no fuss. On completion, your HIP will be emailed directly to your Estate Agent to be viewed by prospective buyers of your property.

• Within 24hrs of instruction, our dedicated HIP specialist will have organised for every part of the HIP to be prepared including immediate instruction to one of our large panel of local Energy Inspectors.
• As each stage of the HIP is completed, you will be updated with an email or text message. You will also have access to view the progress of your HIP through the internet 24/7. On immediate completion, your fully compliant HIP will be emailed directly to your Estate Agents offices.
